"Horrible experience. I was there for a steroid shot. Told me they had to do a urine test for opiods. After waiting an hour,nI had to use the rest room and couldn't wait any longer, but they wouldn't let me give them a urine sample then because the inner restroom was being used, and they couldn't accept a urine sample from the outer office restroom. So I used the outer restroom, left, and never went back. And this was all for a steroid shot!"

"Please read to the end. I had three appointments with Dr. Saleh. I spent a lot of time waiting and very little time with her. First appointment she asked a few questions and suggested trigger point injections. Second appointment was for the injections. Third appointment was the follow up for the injections, and when I told her they didn't help, she acted like I must be lying and that it was not possible that the injections didn't help. As I was sitting there in excruciating pain, and now frustrated because it felt like she didn't believe me, I started crying. That's when the worst thing happened. She asked me why I was crying and told me that there were other people who were worse than me and I had nothing to be crying about. I left and never went back."

"This chick is a quack. Comes into the room after keeping me waiting over an hour after my appointment, mumbles, acts like she is high. Recommended a spinal cord stimulator. Implanted the test leads, all went great. 2 weeks later had it implanted. Less than a month afterward, she schedules an MRI. 1 look at the chart right in front of her would tell her that an MRI is out of the question due to the spinal stimulator she signed off on. She only seems interested in milking Medicare, not helping anyone. AVOID!!"
