"I am currently a patient , and I have been going through the methadone treatment plan. I have been in the program for just over 6 months, and it has been an absolute God-send. I have struggled with my addiction for nearly 20 years , and I have tried nearly every approach to quitting, and this has , so far , been the very best experience I have had with a program, and I have came further in these few months , than I have at any other attempts I have made. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate to each patients needs. The doctor is also very understanding and pays attention to the patients needs. For the first time in a very long time , I am actually very hopeful, and optimistic that this will finally be the time that I will finally be able to come out on the other side. If you, or a loved one, are struggling with the terrible actions of addiction, I would ,very strongly, suggest that you give them a call. It could be the positive step in the direction of recovery, and gaining your life back. I know that it has given me a new lease on life."

"I was told that this place excepts new walk-ins Tuesday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. till 9:00 a.m.. I know that a call center did not tell me this that it was an actual person who works there I get there at 8:45 8:50 I am told that they only take six to eight I wait I wait some more she finally comes back after she left to go see if they can take one more to tell me no that they can't take one more person and I would have made only the 4th walk-in todah I overheard that and yes I'm for sure they met me being the number fourth walking if they accepted me she comes back and tells me nope come back tomorrow so I know that now you guys are insurance fraud for sure cuz you would have never said come back tomorrow you would have took me I don't care you would have took me if you were legit you would have took me if you would have cared when I told you that one of your members had told me it was from 2 to 9:00 you don't think I would have been here sooner I ride a bicycle I do not have a car is very cold outside I am across town this is not right at all I have called twice they try to schedule me for in the morning I do not feel well you guys again are fake and I will never ever come to you or recommend one of my people to you I will overdose before I ask your recovery treatment place for help ever again I will go crazy stupid things first"
