"I really hate doctor appts but I went in for a quick physical and it was SO convenient and easy! Mindy and Stephanie were so kind and fun to talk to! They are very knowledgeable and efficient. I will be sure to visit here in the future for any medical needs! I truly believe they care about their patients. Really appreciate them being so amazing! I hope Cvs is taking good care of them, so they can keep amazing employees like that!"

"I made an appointment online. Arrived and checked in but still waited for an hour to be seen. There is no way to know where you are in line or I could have waited in my car. The clinic is dirty. The floor has not been swept in a long time. The NP was friendly but did not seem knowledgeable about my symptoms or how to run basic lab tests. The clinic seems understaffed and the NP was overwhelmed. I will go somewhere else from now on."

"I should have read the reviews… Drove over 30 minutes to the only Minute Clinic around with an appointment available. Now I know why! My son’s chief complaint was a sore throat. One he has had for a few days with no signs of it getting better. No fever, can smell and taste, no “classic” Covid symptoms. I scheduled an appointment online for him, answered the questions regarding his symptoms honestly, and confirmed the appointment. All is well, right? Not quite. We arrive early, as directed, and wait. Wait wasn’t too long, so no complaints there… Once we were in the room, the NP asked my son about his symptoms. He tells her and she says, “those are Covid symptoms. I’m not seeing him until he has a negative Covid test”. Okay… I’m expecting her to test him while we’re there, which is a reasonable expectation, right? Wrong again! She said I have to take him to ANOTHER medical professional, have that person administer a test, and then bring the results back to her so she can evaluate his sore throat. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? This was not on weekend like another reviewer. This was on a Tuesday. They have parking spots outside that are for Covid testing. But this lady doesn’t do covid testing and I have to take my son to another provider and then back to her?! Hahahahaha - someone at CVS doesn’t have their head screwed on straight. If that’s the case, why didn’t some kind of alert pop up (or something, ANYTHING) when I answered the question about his symptoms while booking the appointment? Why didn’t the girl at the desk say anything? Why didn’t I get an email or text about this protocol? Plenty of opportunities… And to top it off, she was extremely rude. So rude that I cannot even believe she chose medical care as her profession. Just don’t waste your time. The Little Clinic at Kroger is a similar concept and they won’t turn you away because you’re sick… because they actually treat patients… like you’re supposed to do as medical providers."
