First Priority Urgent Care

"My latest visit Oct. 2022. I was surprised to see that everyone has on Premier Health lab coats or shirts. The facility is not clean at all compared to my previous visits. Plexiglass partitions covered in old dried saliva, floors were dirty and sticky. Exam room had dirty sticky floor and the arms of the chairs were dirty and sticky , dirty window seals, trash can was full from the day before and dirty hand prints on the wall. The Doctor didn't prescribe what I needed and 2 days later I had to see my regular Doctor to get the correct medicine because my breathing was worse. I had been pleased with previous visits but this last visit made me never want to go there again. Why does Premier have so many problems with house keeping? The Doctor should have listened to me and prescribed the steroid along with the antibiotic. This is the only Urgent Care in Trotwood and they need to clean it up get Doctors who actually listen to the patients. UPDATE: I spoke with the owners and they are on it. Very pleasant and very concerned about how I felt about my visit and I love that. They are NOT affiliated with Premier Health at all and I apologize. The promise to take care of any issues and communicate with the staff is wonderful. This is Trotwood only health caree facility and I am so happy they are committed to our community. I have never had a concern before this and I am so happily surprised with the actions being taken. I'll will definitely go back when needed. Continued and final 12/08/23: I sent my son here for a sinus infection cough and throat pain. He calls to let me know they didn't give him an antibiotic. I told him to stay there I went right on up there and asked them about the antibiotic and the receptionist got up came back and said they did give him an antibiotic. We go to the pharmacy there's no antibiotic there's Mucinex and cough drops. I called them back and ask them about the antibiotic again and now te Doc is saying she won't give him an antibiotic until test results come back. A test for a sinus infection?? REALY? When he blows his nose what comes out is very yellowish green. Those test results take two to three days to come back and by that time he could have bronchitis and pass it on to me. I have COPD. Now we have to pay to take him to another Urgent Care to get his sinus infection treated because his insurance won't pay for another visits for the same reason and I had to apologize to my son for sending him there. As for the Saunders and Saunders-Divins we are done with them. It did look nice and clean though. But for us there was no healing. Very disappointing."

"I came in there was nobody in the parking lot and nobody in the office. 2 Dr's a nurse and receptionist were on. I explained I couldn't see I had something in my eye, so they gave me paperwork to fill out, I explained i can't see, their response was if you want to see a Dr you need to fill this out. 45 min of struggling to fill it out, I sat in a room for an hr waiting while they all sat out front taking about a Christmas party. So still in pain still can't see I asked for a refund and ibqpuod go to another place, they refused, 2 hrs were going on and they said Oh we don't have anything to look into your eye go to ER !! Really I cNt see, I've sat there forever, they took my money but go drive to er !!! Unbelievable"

"Come here if you want all your PERSONAL INFORMATION LEAKED. I ended up not being seen because of the simple fact I knew everything the family before had going on the young man in the front was yelling out all there insurance and personal information and then came in the waiting room and asked the young lady was she on her period not something I’m interested in everyone knowing I’ll try a different urgent care for now on!"

"Always greeted by the friendliest staff and doctors and nurse practitioners. Never had to wait long to be seen and always call in prescriptions before I leave. One of the best medical facilities in the Dayton area in my opinion!"

"Service was very fast, and the doctor was determined to help me figure out what was going on. They are understaffed but you will only tell when busy, even still they try their hardest to tend to you in a timely manner. I hope they know it was appreciated, and I hope more staff join to support the great service."
