"Got there almost an hour before they closed and they said they weren't taking anymore people! Don't post open til 8pm when you won't see anyone after 7pm. Reid sucks!"

"The out of pocket cost in comparison to other providers in the area is extreme and you are paying for an entitled dr to refuse to give your opinion or symptoms any further consideration. The female dr that should have listened to a mother’s concerns for her son’s health sent us on our way without any help. Even if you are seen over a holiday weekend you should not be treated as an annoyance and overly concerned parent. Trust me, go anywhere but here unless your willing to label everything as Covid and make a condescending dr’s ego bigger."

"Just be aware if you are self pay, this is a VERY expensive option for care. Unfortunately, I felt like I had to be checked out and everyone else was full so I came here as my last option. I wish I hadn’t. Obviously they are associated with Reid hospital which seems to automatically increases their rates so just know that going into it."

"You can tell the staff are working their best to provide care to the patients however they're just too overwhelmed. I dont know if this is a site issue, a lack of resources in the community, or what, but it's not a good experience for anyone. I feel bad for the care team."

"The nurses we dealt with today were very rude and short with us. Never in my life have I been so angry with Reid. One nurse saying "we don't do this because we don't get paid for it" Really? I thought patients came first not money. Their attitude was they didn't want to be there. And they didn't want to deal with us. We were told one thing and then told another. I will be going to a different urgent care from now on."
