"My parents took my kitten ( a stray we found) to this vet because our normal Vet was out of the office for a few days. Over $90 and Vet charges and instead of my kitten getting better she got worse! My vet reviewed all the paperwork and medication from her vet visit with Family vet clinic and was not happy. The medication she was given to take was making her sick had ruined her gut biome and she was losing weight rapidly and almost lost her eye due to the severity of her infection which is why we originally took her to the family vet clinic. Thank goodness we followed up with our own vet. Once he gave her an antibiotic shot and changed her medication she’s on her way to getting better. But almost died first. So now my parents have paid twice as much as they should have if she would’ve just been treated correctly the first time. We will not be returning."
