"Walked in to get my eye looked at because It was scratched back in 2021. At the time my eye wasn’t in much pain . It calmed down a lot from the morning but the flare ups are crazy painful . Told him I’ve been to 3 separate doctors and the emergency room a few times . He had me cover my eye and read the board and said it’s minor and nothing is wrong with it. Gave me a paper to pick up eye drops at Walmart! Spent 100$ out of pocket because I called around all morning and couldn’t find someone to fit me in . Waited for 1hr to be seen for literally 3 minutes. When they said they could fit me I figured they would take into consideration how much pain I’m in with the flare ups. Not even a little. Literally worst experience I’ve had."

"While the staff and doctor are nice, they are always having problems with their systems or trying to figure out how many contacts are in a years supply... I couldn’t even pay for my contacts at my appointment because they couldn’t figure out how to get it to run through their new system. Then they didn’t come in until 3 days later than when I was told and I never received a call that they were in, I had to call myself to check. Finally picked them up, only to have them call me BEFORE 8am the next morning to have me check the boxes because -lo and behold- they gave me the wrong box. So now I have to drive an extra hour to exchange my wrong contacts. Unbelievable and unacceptable."
