"12/2/23 -- online orders go on the to go shelf thank you. waited in line 20minutes to ask for it while it was ready the entire time. Order was opposite of items that were selected being light onions or more lettuce etc. (Barely a sprinkle of lettuce but its soaked in chipotle sauce when that was selected as light sauce =] ). "Great customer service! People are nice. Food is always good. Recently, I had 2 separate encounters where they were great! First time, They forgot the same topping on 2 sandwiches. They were good but we paid extra for it They were pretty busy that night. They in return gave me a free footling at a later date and apologized profusely. Second time, I was late leaving the house and it was almost closing. I felt bad so I called and offered to give them our order so they didn't get stuck there. They said they would just wait on me They stayed till after closing making my food, as I walked in about 3 minutes till closing. They weren't unpleasant at all. I would've been unhappy with me!"
