"Firstly let's start off at the beginning. I called to get help and Angela was very very kind. I let her know I am a single working mom but didn't have insurance so cost was a worry. She reassured me that with being self pay it was 100.00 a office visit and there would be a monthly CAP of 280.00 but would go down to 200 CAP as time went on. And after I had been complient I could then go bi- weekly which was my pay schedule. I agreed and went. Got the HELP needed to better myself. Never once did I fail a urine screen nor a pill count. About 4 months later (now) I messaged them about my appointment. I let them know I had already reached my CAP for the month being I had gone on the 2nd and 16th. They replied stating I had in fact not made a payment all month. Knowing this was a blatient lie I screenshot both of my appointment receipts. They ignored that then completely and said I needed to pay 100.00 or I would not be seen. I have many many bills to pay being the end/beginning of the month. And admittedly I was behind on a couple with disconnect notices. I could not afford to pay them 100.00 and my meds are 100.00 as well. They still didn't care. They did however say I could go to Columbus. I did let them know there was no way for me to get there. Again they didny care. I went to my appointment stating I would pay some but couldn't pay 100.00. The sent me away. This place does NOT want to help you. They want your money. They lie to you. Make you feel worse about yourself than you already do. And turn an admitted addict away. Even though I kept my end up. And also stopping this or any medication cold turkey has the potential to kill you. The oath they took when getting their licence must have been a complete joke to them. 0 out of 10 would NOT recommend. Will be looking into the legalities of this though. Patient abandonment is very real here unless you have insurance."
