"I walked in the door and it just smelled clean. I was greeted so kindly by the front desk woman. The nurse and NP were so kind, respectful and told me to take care of myself and feel better. Not only did they do their job but they did so with compassion. When you’re truly sick and you’re met with kindness, it makes it so much better. This was my first visit and I was beyond happy I chose this place. The icee machine was the icing on the cake for my strep throat pain too. Top notch!"

The staff welcomed me and took me in right away. Great care and kind. When you are sick you don’t want to wait 24 hours to be seen"

"Wow! For the first time going to an urgent care, I have to say I was impressed. Icee machine, coffee, seperate allergy testing clinic (with tissue samples, bonus). I was taken back almost immediately. I booked online and there was zero hassle or any follow-up, very easy process. The three ladies I met were very pleasant and welcoming. The room was modern and had a health spa vibe and zen waterfall, which was actually nice, because I am always anxious at medical facilities and it made me feel more relaxed. I felt listened to in the appointment, she was nice, felt competent and displayed empathy. Definitely have to give a thanks to the the staff from Saturday. Great job, you are appreciated!"
