They are claim you hav e to make an appointment it’s either walk in or scheduled whatever works for them not to see you. I will figure out who to call cause your back and forth scheduling is absolutely ridiculous"

"Horrible Experience I Would not recommend to anyone. Chose this facility as it was the closest to our location at the time. Terrible experience arrived at 7:04 with Severe allergic reaction to Bee Sting did not have epipen explained to front desk check in that have severe allergy to bee stings and she told us to hold on she went back talked to doctor came back about 3-4 minutes later said oh we close at 9pm and we have already signed in our last patient for the night. WHAT refused to see a patient with extreme swelling in arm hives on back side and chest starting and they are well aware that there is a severe allergy here. I thought for sure she was not being serious. We rushed to the closet emergency room and was immediately rushed back and administered medications without even being checked in. This was entirely unethical on this facility and its medical care team. This was a life threatening incident that was handled poorly MY First in depth review has been removed for some unknown reason"

"1hr 30 mins before closing and telling people that have been sitting and signed in that they aren’t seeing any walk-ins. TAKE CARE OF PEOPLE. This is not about closing time in 90 minutes this about sick people that needed care and you want to leave and you flat out turned down care with 90 minutes to go before “closing time”. Change the hours of operation if your employees want to leave there at 9:00. This is health care for people that couldnt make it to Dr. office hours. 1hr and 30 mins before 9 is not too late to be seen its a choice staff made this evening. Prior visit to this location 6 months ago was a total mess too. Go out of town for a urgent care visit not here."

"Tried to call to make an appointment at the earliest time possible. Got no answer what so ever after calling for over a hour. Just decided to go over go to registration. Then get told I can’t be seen for a few hours. Then go to the hospital there’s people everywhere in their lobby. no one at registration. When I come back still gonna be a few hours does it always hard to get treatment?"
