Walk In Urgent Care

"Was in an out in 40 minutes …. for that I applaud them- Very odd interaction- they direct you to a kiosk where a woman from India is displayed on a screen and Proceeds to take your insurance information. She is very difficult to understand so you spend a lot of time saying “huh?” I thought I had strep throat so when the test came back negative I was a little surprised I still believed I had a bacteria infection because It had hung on for so long .. Nevertheless I requested an antibiotic. She was resistant and proposed steroids. My daughter was recently on an antibiotic for the same exact thing and is better so given my similar circumstances it was the best option. She obviously didn’t like being challenged because she stomped out of the room and said you’re free to go. I’ll call you in a Z pack she then went and sat down at her computer and wouldn’t even look at me. When I asked if that would be called in now or later , she just said I’m putting it in now . What she (and all doctors) need to understand is there’s a lot of mistrust with doctors after covid so I hope she learns how to treat patients like me in the future to get some of that trust back . I get it , you have the degree blah blah blah but I know my body likely better than a (one visit only) urgent care doctor so don’t dismiss me so easily and I will give you the respect you most definitely deserve . On another note , the pharmacy information was entered wrong so my medicine was called into the wrong pharmacy . Surprise surprise."

"Can never get service here!! Literally same on a Sunday and they were closed, called Monday at 5 they said they were open but had an hour and a half wait… I come at 620 and they locked the door and turned the light off saying closed due to overflow of patients… but not even any one in the office and they came out vacuumed, and turned lights off.. probably shouldn’t advertise that you are open when you are not! Waste of time to come here"

"Office visit was fine. They handled our child's needs and got us on our way. The problem came MONTHS later when someone called screaming asking for my 8 year old, threatening to send him to collections for an unpaid debt. They couldn't identify themselves and had a thick accent that was near impossible to understand and when I asked to speak to someone else they became defensive and even more aggressive. This behavior lead me to believe that they were a scammer as this is a common technique; threats and a sense of extreme urgency. They continued to state they sent a text to our cell for the bill and if I didn't pay NOW there would be consequences. At this point I requested that they communicate by mail only and I would not accept any more calls from their number. A week letter, I had a letter in the mail and now it all came together and I sent in my payment that I owed them. Bottom line: The in office visit was great, but their aggressive billing practices and threats to send a minor to collections is absurd."

"this is the only urgent care I will use. they are so understanding, so helpful and so kind. Lindsey is one of the CNP’s and she’s an absolute gem of a person. she is so helpful, and so so kind. she never gets annoyed with a million questions that you ask or if you need anything at all. I have never had a bad experience here and would recommend this urgent care over any urgent care i’ve been to!"

"I took my 4-year-old granddaughter to the Urgent Care on 12/6/23. I could not have asked for a more kind and professional staff. Dr. Don was so very kind to her and his professionalism, knowledge and the way he spoke to her, well I appreciated his kindness so very much. Nurse Andressya was equally as kind and considerate to her. They both went above and beyond to make my granddaughter feel comfortable at her visit. Thank you for what you do and for making my granddaughters visit as easy and comfortable for her. I definitely would recommend this Urgent Care to anyone. Thank you again, Dr. Don and Andressya."
