"The previous reviews had me a bit worried, but I decided to try the dental office anyway. I was pleasantly surprised. Wait time was minimal.. Staff very friendly and helpful. Courtney did a fantastic job with each of my 3 children. She took the time to explain what she was doing, along with explaining to each child the importance of oral hygiene. I appreciate her and all the other staff who made our visit quick and easy. I highly recommend. We will be back!"
"If you thinking of going to this location I’d go to a different dentist in general.I had a appointment because I’m a new patient that was six months away, I was having a dental emergency, so they got me in, but they told me since they got me in sooner just to check my mouth out, not even clean it or anything that they were canceling my appointment in March that I’d have to call back and reschedule it. So the only thing that I did was waste gas to go to this location for them to refer me out to someone else to have them evaluate my tooth to see if it needed pulled so basically this location did nothing for me. Not a good sign of a place when the dentist doesn’t know about a certain tooth and he has to refer you out for somebody else to evaluate the tooth"
"Refused to do a test my son needed for college. Called twice to talk to the nurse. Got the voicemail both times and left voicemail. Never got a call back."
"im always placed on hold for at least 15 mins every time i call. when i turned in the new patient paperwork they were quick to call to set up an appt but when my appts were made for me and my son. they told me my appt was at 230 and his was at 1015 on a different day but it turned out mine was at 1015 and his was at 230. so i missed my appt. i have not been able to experience thier actual work to know if they do a good job or not."
