"My Shih Tzu had a melting ulcer that ruptured these guys in Florence stayed late to save my babies vision and pain. This was prior to the newer office in Florence. 2019. He was seen in both locations as they responded immediately with any concern I had. Unfortunately for him, looks like we will be back for his other eye. Right now we are treating it at home with the cone and drops hoping to catch it before it ruptures."

"We had a very pleasant visit!!! The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful !!! At first, I was a little timid because the dogs in the waiting room were all very calm, and my big pup wanted to go crazy. She was so excited to be around other dogs. Holding dogs back on hard wood floors sounds crazy but they understood she was just a big puppy wanting to explore. They gave her lots of love and didn't treat her any differently than the smaller calmer dogs. The ladies in the back were also very friendly and understanding of my overly hyper big pup !!! They handle her very well. I am very thankful to have a great group of people working on our girl to get her eye feeling better !! We loved the giant fish tank We loved the cleanliness of the office We loved the dog treats available!!! We are looking forward to surgery so we can get this girl out of pain !!!"
