"This place took care of my ear problem with great care. It's an hour away from my house but the doctors treated me very well. HOWEVER, what I don't like it the constant bombardment to leave a review. 3 text messages and 2 phone calls borders on harassment! If my ear problem ever comes back I will have to think twice before going back. AGAIN...they treated me well!! It was just very aggravating to constantly get these message to leave a review."

"I was a patient and had surgery with dr. Vanan a few years ago. I waited three weeks for my appointment, drove 35 minutes to their office only to find out that they no longer take my insurance and I would have to pay out-of-pocket if I wanted to be seen. It would have been really nice if someone in that office told me that before I wasted all of my time, gas, and energy to get over there. Note to office staff: check if you still accept my Insurance before you even make me an appointment. I worked in the medical field for years, and that is just laziness."

"Don't trust this place!!!... I asked for a referral to this place because I was feeling something in my mouth. He agreed that what I was feeling was in fact lesions on my tongue. According to him they are benign. They proceeded to send me for an ultrasound on my thyroid because I let them know that I have "goiter like nodules on my thyroid " The nodules were first noted in 2017 on a scan I had on my spine. I had an ultrasound done on my thyroid at that time it was noted that on the right Side of the thyroid I had two nodules one measuring 8 x 8 x 4 cm and the other one measuring 5 x 5 x 3 cm and I only had one nodule on my left side at that time and it measured 1.1 x 1.0 x 6 cm after that first ultrasound they did a biopsy on the left one only according to them it was benign. Now after the biopsy they said I had to get it checked every year the next time it was checked was in 2018 I didn't have 2 nodules on my left in 2017 I believe that the person who did the biopsy dropped and that's how I got the second nodule on my left. Like I said up above they sent me for an ultrasound and that ultrasound came back that on the left side of my thyroid is now 9 x 9 x 4 is the biggest on the left however on the right it is now 1 x 9 x 5 cm this ultrasound suggest that it be re-biopsied this physician when he sent me to get this ultrasound told me if any measured 1 cm he would have them biopsied. Now thank God for the apps because the doctors like to hide things from us... not only that but why am I going once a year for ultrasound on my thyroid if they're just going to ignore the suggestions from the Ultrasound. When I called to find out if they were going to send me for a second biopsy and they told me no I then got on my app and canceled my two month follow up appointment I can't trust these doctors if they don't trust the doctors they send us to for reports and they do whatever they want anyways then I guess I no longer need to go yearly for an ultrasound."

"I was charged $42 for a miscommunication on my appointment date, causing me to show up the next day. They refused to take off the fee. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Apparently it's the doctor that gets the fee, and they have no problem STEALING money from people. I will never go to this place again for anything. If I could get 0 stars, I would."

"I always read reviews but never write them..so I decided to write my personal experience with this doctor.I've had acid reflex alot in my life, been to family drs, other throat dr, seem everyone wants to push pills... Dr. Vanan Ambalavanan was awesome, I was in his office 2 hours all together but when he got to me I see why it took so long, when he was with me in my room, he is very concerned, caring, patient and was concerned about my well being... Spending years working about my throat, he had my answer in just a few minutes after my procedure... Thank Jesus I am healthy and just was a simple problem that is fixable...he has very friendly staff.. I would highly recommend this doctor...the nurse told me that patients visit him from other states because he is so good.."
