"MedVet’s staff goes above and beyond. We were so worried about our boy after he began experiencing cluster seizures, but MedVet was able to get him in quickly. He is an anxious boy but their staff have very calm demeanors and although he had to stay overnight for monitoring and was nervous when we left, when we came to pick him up, he had made friends with the kind staff there. Everyone we talked to that night as well as the next day made sure to answer any and all questions we had as well as taking the time to explain the options we had for his care. They were very non-judgmental and gave 3 treatment options in 3 different price ranges. I would like to personally extend our gratitude to the staff at MedVet, the techs, the vet, front desk and everyone in between. Although i hope to not have to bring either of our dogs back again, i know that if something occurs and we need to, they will be in caring and knowledgeable hands. Thank you all so much for taking such great care of Barlow!"
"We took our pup in on Friday night around midnight due to him having two seizures back to back. You can imagine the panic that set in and just how nervous we were. The staff immediately took our dog in and checked vitals and kept us SO informed throughout the whole process. Super thankful to have our dog home with us and to know he was in great hands! "
"We had to take our boy (a dog) to MedVet on New Year's Day. He had cancer, and while being treated with chemo, he lost the use of his legs during the night. We felt it was time to euthanize him. MedVet was marvelous! The intake was fast, and the staff went to the car to bring him in. They immediately put an IV in his leg, and the veterinarian followed him into the calming room we were waiting in. Everyone showed such care, compassion, and urgency to make us comfortable, and this process easy for our boy."
"Arrived with a sick dog. Triaged after a few minutes and seen fairly soon by vet who made a quick diagnosis and called the surgeon with a successful outcome. So we have our beautiful GSD back who survived her GDV!"
"The doctors and techs here were so kind at a very scary time for us. During our trip to the ED and later internal medicine, everyone at MedVet was kind and incredibly communicative. They answered questions patiently, made sure to stay in touch regularly, and even called me after we were discharged to check up on my pup. I so appreciate their help - as does this fur-ball."
