"I had taken my rabbit, Pema, because she was lethargic. I took her to this MedVet and waited about 2 hours just to talk to the vet. I knew I would have a longer wait because it is an emergency clinic. She was given proper medications for what they thought was happening (specifically meds for GI stasis). The reason I am giving this 2 star review is because, while they did give her medication, I had to wait 5 hours or more the first night, and again the next night for about 6 hours or more. Not only that, there were some staff that weren’t very empathetic and kept talking in circles. Every time the doctor came in she would say the same things and then wait another hour. I did not feel cared for which I think is important especially in a time of stress and anxiety. I also didn’t know what was going on half the time because they weren’t clear. Pema is currently still alive and we have decided to take her to the Norton Road Vet Clinic who genuinely care about bunnies specifically."

"I took my sweet Violet here over a year ago. My mom already wrote her opinion about what happened last year and I was unable to find it. You completely missed the diagnosis of my dog and it cost her her life. She died the next day from kidney failure. I sat in your waiting room for 6 hours and after being told if I wanted her to stay overnight it would be over $2k just for fluids and no tests or treatments I wanted to leave. They told me my dog was fine and to take her to my local vet if I had concerns. The next day she died. I will never be able to return to your place of "practice". I do not recommend either of your places. My dog was dying and you told me she would be okay. Your receptionist were rude, your vets were rude, and you told me my dog would be okay. If you want your animal to live, don't take them here. The second photo is us waiting in your waiting room. The last one is me putting her down because she was dying."

"i had an amazing, peaceful experience with renner road’s medvet staff. my childhood cat of 14 years, took a turn for the worse early sunday morning and medvet got us in immediately. we found out her kidneys were shutting down, she was as old as dirt and suffering due to old age. she truly needed humane euthanasia, which is what we expected. it was the best experience you could ask for in the situation. staff was so warm and compassionate. they all seemed to truly care, and we’re extremely apologetic. they made the gut wrenching process, tolerable and peaceful. thankful to the staff i dealt with and who took care of my girl. we were in and out, and i can’t stress enough about how much a smooth process it was. thank you again for helping me due right by my bestfriend. rip bella louise "

"Have an exotic pet? This is the place for you! The vets here are outstanding! One of my rabbits had reoccurring stasis but they looked into it further and it turned out to be appendicitis- these findings are fairly new to the bunny world. They successfully performed an appendectomy! It seems like everyone with the MedVet Hilliard team has gotten to know Ray, but without the EXPERTISE of Dr. Oglesbee and Dr. Jew, who will also check in and take the time to clearly communicate what is happening, I wouldn’t have this little bun hopping around! Dr. Fagundo also kept Ray comfortable throughout some long nights!"

"We brought our 9 week old Australian cattle puppy in last night and Katie at the front desk was the sweetest and kindest person. She made sure we were okay while waiting for results and checked up on us. She was rewarded with tons of puppy loves from Floki ! Emily, the doctor, was very informational and very straightforward. She told us exactly what was happening and what she was doing and gave us options instead of just doing whatever to get us out of there. They took their time explaining everything to us in a way we would understand and I cannot thank this place enough."
