"It's very expensive, but the wellness plans are are good deal if you sign up the 1st year you get of a puppy/kitten. It takes care of all your vaccines, extensive lab work, & neuter/spay. Plus, free office visits. Plus, you could space out the cost into monthly payments. I loved how late they were open & their weekend hours. I used to take all my pets there, At one time I had three pets enrolled in the "Wellness Plan," but they kept raising the costs & it's too much. However, I love Dr. George, she was great."
"The vets give great service. However the front desk lady was extremely unprofessional. As I was waiting for my dogs meds the front desk lady was ordering her kids toys on her phone from target. I had to wait for her to place her order on her phone before she would take of my order. She then consistently made mistakes. She gave me the wrong meds for a dog that didn’t have the same name. Claimed she was having a bad day. Never apologized for the mix up or lack of professionalism."
"My kitty was very sick, took her to OSU she didn't get better, I paid for second visit for re-evaluation with Banfield the cost was less and my kitty survived after getting on different and additional medications. Thank you to a great veterinarian at Banfield."
