"They need to update the hours urgent care doesn’t open till 8am the lab is open at 7am but online says urgent care opens at 7"

"I went here with my boyfriend for him to do a drug test (urine). We arrived at 7:15 and they are open till 8. He walks up to the counter and hands his paper to the woman who came off extremely irritated and rough and said we stop doing urine tests at 7. We asked why? She said “cause it takes 3 hours when people say they have to pee and they can’t.”. Then he said “no problem I have to pee right now.”. She said very rudely “it’s up to the nurse.”. The nurse comes up and tells him the same thing. She also said that that she didn’t trust him when he told her he has to pee. Both were very rude. And you could tell they made up that excuse so they could ensure they were going home on time. If that is your policy you need to have a better reason than to not trust grown adults if they have to pee or not. Also it should be listed somewhere. Not happy. Only go there if it’s convenient for the staff and their plans after work."
