"I was a few minutes late... the office is a little hard to find if you haven't been to the west tower for appointments. When I arrived both windows were occupied for about 10 minutes with other people. I do know this happens, so I patiently waited until one opened and the clerk called me forward. Unfortunately she had a little trouble with my paperwork so she sent me on to the second girl, Nicole. Nicole was extremely rude to me from start to finish and even implied I was lying when I told her that yes I was 5 min or so late as I had a little trouble finding it, and she made a scoffing noise and a sarcastic comment until the girl at the first window defended me... :( Everyone else seemed to be polite and nice but she really ruined the experience for me."

"Worse experience ever for post op service. Office staff is not honest and got caught lying to me. My surgery was set up for September 10 with post op appt set for September 16. On September 12 I receive a letter in the mail telling me Sept16 appointment needs to be rescheduled since dr out of town then. Letter was dated September 9, the day BEFORE my surgery. I am furious that my stents in my nose now won’t be removed until he is back on September 19. The office girl insisted they called me to tell me appointment needed rescheduled...they did not call me and this was proven after they checked their log of my account. Do not waste your time with the ENT here in Bryan...go to the city where an office has more than one ENT on staff Incase something goes wrong."
