"The service at the time was amazing but then when it came to sending insurance claims on time it's not the best service. I received a call 2 years after the service that my bill wasn't paid. Come to find out it was because it was never sent on time, so I called my insurance and they asked for Westwood to appeal so they could get paid. Couple weeks later I received a call back from the accountant in the office telling me she received a check, and it was all paid for. Two months later I get a call from the collections company saying I owe money, which I for one always pay my bills on time and never have credit card debts because I don't spend money I don't have! So I was shocked to receive that call and not receive a call from Westwood themselves. I talked to my insurance and they said that they had signed off an agreement and I don't have to pay anything out of pocket. So it's not making sense to me why am I getting calls for bills that I don't owe. It's so stressful and headache that no one should have to go through. Maybe the offices should have their customers send the claims themselves to the insurance companies instead of trusting the Dental office to do their job. The new accountant is really sweet there and is working with me to figure it out and it's not her fault the 2021 account didn't do her job. Also, not fair for me to have to go through this stress as well. I hope this resolves soon. Once it does, I will be willing to take down my negative reviews. Right now, I'm not happy with Westwood Dental."

"Wonderful first visit! I don’t think I’ve experienced nicer, more pleasant staff. I ask a lot of questions, and they were in no hurry, answering everything I was inquiring about, in detail. The Dr, the hygienist, and the office staff went above and beyond. Looking forward to having them as our new dentist as we have just moved to the area. Elizabeth Graham"

"Very nice staff but I wish they were open more during the week. It took me two months to get in for a cleaning and then the hygienist was in and out of my room several times to work on other people which made everything take twice as long. I understand they were understaffed that day and things happen, but I can’t say I want to go back knowing how long it can take to get X-rays and cleaning."

"The super awesome staff took the time to make sure my 3 year old was completely comfortable with the entire checkup process, and eased my nerves as his mom. Everyone was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this office."

"Went in yesterday for a root canal. My wife and I came together as we travel a ways to get there. Instead of the usual procedure during the pandemic of waiting in my car, they arranged for me to stay comfortably and safely in another office while my wife had her consultation. The nice thing was that during the 1/2 hr I was waiting, everyone came in to ...say hello, check on me, bring me some water, make sure all was well. It was really very nice and very caring. The procedure itself was absolutely painless, as has been all the work they have done, including an extraction and an implant. We were long time patients of Dr. Curtain. His always was always a friendly, comfortable place to be. You have maintained that atmosphere while expanding the services offered. You work is professional and all staff are....just pleasant and caring. Thank you all, and I mean all because it was a team effort, for making the day as comfortable as possible."
