"This CVS is a chaotic mess!! Their phone system is awful if you just have a question for the pharmacist. Today I encountered a very rude employee. Some of the staff are very friendly, mostly the young ones and the actual pharmacists. I’ve been filling my Rx’s for over 20 years but it’s time for a change. The rude lady today was the last straw, and too many times I’ve had to wait way too long, sometimes days to fill a Rx."
"Absolutely ridiculous that your website shows pharmacy is open until 9 pm but you close the pharmacy at 6 pm. People need there medications please do the ethical thing and accurately post your hours. Now I have to go another day trying to get my medication due to CVS locations with in accurate hours posted."
"TERRIBLE. Get texts/calls saying a prescription is ready…. Show up to pick it up… they don’t even have the prescription on record. Have had to call days after a prescription should have been filled…. Then they tell me it can be ready in a few hours? So I have to call them to ensure they are doing their job while I’m out of medicine because no one decided to check the incoming scripts for the day/week. 50/50 on customer service. There are some nice people that work in the pharmacy, but I have also experienced sassy, incompetent, and flat out rude employees here. Would NOT recommend in 100000000 years."
"I would give no star if there was an option. I walked in the pharmacy at 2:05 pm when they just opened after the lunch. I walked in and the stand on the line (there was no one on the line). They didn’t respond my wait. I had to wave at them to get their attention. A guy (pharmacist) told me that they are closed and started cracking a joke on me. I felt so humiliated and harassed. I could not believe that the place where people aspect the service and treatment from has this kind of unhealthy environment. I asked for help to find a medication for my toddler but they acted rude and did not answer my question. I would never go there again and I do not recommend anyone to go there. This place is a complete joke. Don’t trust them."
"Customer service was nice. I got photos printed for only a dollar in a couple cents very cheap I was a very big fan of this. The entrance doors are weird like weird I don't know how to describe them but like weird"
