"The cashier either was having a bad day or just didn't like me... but Ok, I bought some eyeliner I've been using because it was orange tagged and was $1.99 (original price $5.49). Once I got to my car I realized I had been charged full price. My 9yr old daughter wanted to return it so I gave her my phone with the return UPC and the product and she went in. She came back 5 minutes later extremely upset saying the lady was mad at her and she told her the price she was charged was the price of item. Also, that she could only get a store credit gift card for the cash back, and she kept the product at the register even though it was already paid for. So I went in and showed the lady the return UPC and explained to her I was over charged at full price for a sale item. The lady proceeded to tell me the amount charged was the price of the item. She says, "Where did you see THAT at?!" And "Well I need to go see the price!" I said, " ok." We walk back to the cosmetics and she is barreling right past all of them not looking to see where the item came from. I stop and tell her " It's right here." She stops and reads the orange tag and it read, "clearance ; was $5.49; $2 off; now $1.99” She says, "1.99 yea!" We get to the register and she has an attitude the entire time all this is going on... She barks that it will need to be on a credit store card. I said "That's fine." She calls for help and another lady slides over(a much kinder lady). She tells me to swipe or insert the card used to purchase the item if I'd like my money back on my card. She also tells me my rewards I used during the purchase will need to be put on a store card (which was fine)."

"Worst customer service EVER!!!. Oddessea who's the cashier was extremely rude. I was asking for the price of the Yankee Candle that was marked down at 50% and rang at $14.99. She said it's the final price, so I decided not to get all 6 items because it wasn't discounted for what the sign is stated. While I took a picture of the sign, she and the manager was bad mouthing me without knowing I was still there and heard everything they said about me. If I could give negative 5 star I would. Extremely uncalled for."

"I hate to write a negative review, but I wish I would have known this earlier. I went to the Walgreens since it was close to my home to get passport photos for my children. The lady admitted she had no idea how to do children passport photos and had the manager come assist her several times. Understandably, my children are 2 years old and 2 months, however, I ended up having to take the pictures using the point and shoot camera they have. The ordeal took so long due to her not knowing what would be acceptable and what wouldn't as well as the fact I had to take the images. By then end of it, my son was crying because of the time spent there. I have no idea if they'll work or not, but had to look at the passport photo regulations several times while there to say if I thought they'd be accepted or not. If you have young children that need passport photos, look elsewhere! Dave yourself some time and a headache. Update: The passport photo of my 2 month old was not accepted and had to be retaken. I was able to get a refund easily since I kept the receipt. I wish I would have just gone elsewhere for the photos. Walgreens should not advertise taking passport photos if they don't have someone educated on how to take them for all ages."

"I had my passport photos taken at this location on 1/7/2020 with the intention of using them for my upcoming passport appointment at USPS. Today when I went in, the post worker told me the photos taken weren't acceptable, as there was not a big enough gap at the top. He told me that half of the time passport photos are WRONG from Walgreens. Since the post office can take them and I didn't want to go through the hassle of rescheduling, I decided to pay $15 and re-take them there. I called this location and explained that I no longer had my receipt, but the back of the photo envelope had the date, store number, associate's name, and the order number. Basically a receipt without the payment info really. The person working was extremely rude and put me on a hold that ended up ringing as a new call to which they answered and did not know it was me. She told me she had spoken with the manager and there was nothing they could do. They literally scammed me out of $15 and told me they wouldn't even be able to give me a store credit. Then they say to me something along the lines that I "shouldn't have waited a month" to call them about the sitation when she clearly didn't listen to me and know that my appointment had been TODAY! How was I supposed to know they took the photos wrong? I get that $15 is not that much to lose, however when you are a college student any money matters. She had no reason to be defensive, especially since Walgreens was in the wrong. Since this location isn't too close to where I live as a student, I decided to stop by a store in KY where I was. The individual working allowed me explain my sitation and offered to either re-take my photos or give me a store credit. Wow, what a difference! I will never return to this location and my advice is to get your passport photos taken at USPS because they actually know what they're doing."

"Just popped in here for eye drops and mascara. The lady working the cosmetics counter, Mary Kay, funny coincidence was great! So helpful with coupons for my mascara. Checked to see if I had rewards and I did so she saved me a lot of money today. There should be more employees like her. She really seemed to enjoy helping me!"
