"We have always only used Walgreen's and after today, that will not change. My daughter's prescriptions require she go to CVS, and today's first experience has been terrible. She was very sick and was supposed to get 2 doses of antibiotics in today, but it has taken CVS over 6 hours to get the prescription from Walgreens (doctor called in to wrong place) and she is STILL WAITING. We were offered lame reasons like "it's a Monday" and "it takes some time to get the prescriptions transferred" - even though Walgreen's called CVS right away. My daughter was hoping to go to work tomorrow with 2 doses of antibiotics in her system and one dose of the steroids. CVS has made that option nearly impossible now. It is unacceptable for a pharmacy to take this long to fill some basic prescriptions - these are not schedule I or II drugs! I just called again and Amanda said it would be at least another 30 minutes before she could get them filled. Way to go CVS - no wonder you have always been behind Walgreen's in every way! And especially the most important one - prescriptions!! After this inexcusable incidence, we will all continue to avoid CVS whenever possible."

"As I was checking out at the pharmacy, I read on the check out screen that I was eligible for free Covid text kits. I took two. The cashier said my total and we realized that was wrong, before we even took possession of the bag we determined he had charged me $10 each for the Covid kits, I said I don’t want them. The manager came and said they can’t be returned, I said I don’t even have the bag, I was just taking 2 of the free ones to have as back-ups, because they were free. She was extremely rude and sent me to the front register. I explained, the manager came to this register and said they can’t be returned, but I can take it up with my insurance company. I told them I did not want to do this I would just leave the entire bag there and dispute it. The manager proceeded to tell me, I also can’t return prescription drugs. I will not be returning to this pharmacy. I will have my prescriptions changed to another pharmacy."
