"The Pharmacy opens at 9am, but the Pharmacist and the Pharmacist Technician has no problem finally wobbling out the back room at 9am to get the pharmacy open. They will then proceed to have an attitude because the systems aren’t up and running and here it is 9:10 and people are still waiting for help. Then when you ask why you’re not being treated with simple common courtesy. The Pharmacist will become verbal combative. Claim they only been open for 30 seconds. Even though it’s 9:15am at the time. Honestly, if they did their due diligence and started opening the store at 8:45am like everywhere else then they wouldn’t have to deal with frustrated people, who are waiting 10+ minutes while someone just sits and clicks on the computer."
"We were searching desperately for insulin because there was a delay caused by the manufacturer. The Eakin rd location did a sweep of all the area stores and found it was available at Bethel, and the staff at Bethel worked with us to make sure we submitted the prescription and they got it processed. My wife is 9 months pregnant with gestational diabetes and had to have this so it's greatly appreciated to all involved!!"
"They are always very nice in the pharmacy. The young lady, Tiffany is always pleasant and has a nice smile when she waits on you. A very rare thing these days."
