"Both dogs where groomed. On way home i noticed cut on pups leg. I knew he was hard to groom because he moves. I just think I should have been told. It had to have bleed. If i was told i would have understood and gave same tip. Staff was all friendly. We were able to bring back puppy and staff accomodated us with cream and anti inflammatory. This care was good. Just letting us know at pick up would have given 5 stars. Day 1 is first pic. After a week is second pic."
