"VCA Sawmill is my go to for my cats care. I needed to bring my cat in today last minute due to some issues. Dr. Beckett was sooo nice, so laid back. He was easy to talk to and made sure I understood everything. He discussed follow up care if needed so I know he really cares about pets and their well being. Now I have several doctors there I feel comfortable taking my kitties to!"

"This USED to be an amazing Vet. Yet the last 2-3 years as they have became a bigger brand the care and cost have become a huge concern. My dog has had a number or major issues yet the options I've been presented with have not been cost efficient or logical as someone with a 4yr degree and I've also consulted with other vets offices and professionals. Yet it seems I'm always presented with the most expensive options first. Now more recently I've been told the medication shes been on to keep her comfortable in her old age is unable to be dispensed because I mother human maybe abusing the drugs lol at this point this place has become a money guzzling joke. While I understand there are rules and guidelines on place I feel.insulted at this point and will be transferring my baby to a smaller.practice where I will be respected and she can get more personalized care. I've been feeling a way about this vet for a while now but after being indirectly told I maybe abusing.my dogs drugs I'm over the entire staff and honestly it took everything in me.not to go off. Once these places become large corporations the care and human connection goes out the window"

"I honestly can't say enough good things about this office! The staff is so friendly and kind, I have liked every doctor I've worked with, the prices are competitive (I called around several vets and they had the cheapest spay in the area), and they have great hours since they are a multi-vet practice. They even have a 24 hour chat line if you have after hour needs, and TONS of resources on their app/wesbite. They offer a discount on your pet's first visit and sent me home with the first round of flea/tick prevention complimentary. It was stressful trying to find a vet that was both affordable and quality, but I really feel like this is a trustworthy practice who cares so well for my pets!!"

"We brought our beloved and elderly dog Nigel in on Saturday April 1st, 2023 to be put to rest. It was such a hard decision. He had not been well in months and was declining daily. Dr Beckett, Meg and Christian made such a traumatic experience so much easier. We were immediately put in a private room. They were caring, respectful of Nigel and us. It was such a smooth, graceful and peaceful exit for Nigel. Thank you! We will tell everyone about your professionalism but mostly your compassion.. We feel like our furry family member and us were treated with the care and respect we deserved. Lori and Dennis"

"I wish I could give them more stars! My dog had an emergency this morning and I googled the closest emergency vet. I ran into the building where the front desk quickly jotted down my info and within several minutes they were able to start helping out my pup! Turns out he had a stick lodged in his mouth that he had to be sedated for. They were able to remove it and reverse the sedation so quickly and I had my pup back within no time at all! I think I maybe spent a maximum of 30 mins there. Everyone was so kind and the two front desk women worked together fast to get everything they needed to be able to help get my dog back in the exam room asap. After all is said and done, $150 was super reasonably priced for helping my shepherd puppy! Sedation, reversal drug, a pain killer, and a very quick emergency visit was well worth the money. I can't thank them enough for their kindness, understanding and sense of urgency! I will absolutely recommend this hospital to everyone I know.
