"Brought another amp in recently and John went above and beyond to get it working great, there was a weird "phantom" noise that occurred randomly. They re-soldered every connection and then John said he took it to his bands' rehearsal and played it for a couple hours to be sure the amp behaved. Very reasonable and that amp has seen many gigs and rehearsals since without a single problem!"
