"Do not go here under any circumstance. The only nice staff that I came across was the security guard. The doctors office, Doctor Gedeon(so you all can avoid this office) my wife dropped off a form to fill out a simple physical so she can go to work, this was done last week. She went this morning and they told her sorry it hasn’t been signed yet and they needed a specific doctor who of course was not in at all on a Monday. So now my wife can’t go to work because these incompetent people can’t sign a simple form. If you’re dying and they wanna send you there, you’re better off dying on your own as they would just have you die a slow and painful death and most likely just forget about you."

"Always a very late wait and some nurses and receptionist are usually rude. They don’t really seem to care much about the patients just quick to give a wrong diagnosis prescription and out of the door. My pcp dr Kang is dismissive and don’t fulfill my needs/concerns. Often give diagnosis that aren’t correct or doesn’t seem to be as great as can be. Seems very non chalant and idk i personally wouldn’t recommend her and will be looking for a new one soon. I don’t feel heard"

"Update: I have a really bad case of pnemounia so yeah 2 or maybe 3 l of fluid, idk how many antibiotics,CT,X-Ray,Blood Work because they didn't know what was wrong at first ...I had a lot of symptoms..sigh my hemoglobin way to low so I'll have to make an appointment a bunch of hours later but I love that at UH it didn't matter they refused to stop trying to figure out what was wrong with me like the team they had last night/this am was incredible the Nurse Practitioner whose name I think was Sandy I was so out of it when I first got there..the nurse who checked me in both were super nice the x-ray lady and the lady who did my CT like both so kind the x-ray lady got me a blanket and re-did my sheets because I was bleeding so badly. Just such a thoughtful and human thing to do. Monika yes with a k and Z for her last name so kind . The paramedics who did my EKG very professional and kind. Despite being crazy busy they all did an amazing job. Yes I was there a while but it was worth it. I couldn't breathe when I got there I was scared hadn't been able to sleep...An more and they worked it out. Just now I'm grateful and you guys are amazing."

"It's terrible and the bathrooms aren’t never clean. The staff are rude and will roll their eyes at you for no reason and will talk about you out loud. If you make a complaint then they'll do exactly what you complained about next time you come in just to make a point like they're in high school. The doctors will only talk about themselves and make jokes at your expense. It's really not worth your money or time. They're basically the hood hospital now like Metro."

"Customer service goes along way, and it is far from here. Everyone that we have seen today has been extremely rude - this is so shocking for me. The nurse literally just told me that “I’m not necessary;” who tells a customers that as a professional. I understand it’s we are in a pandemic, but my mother has no voice and is being seen in the ER. How can you care/service a patient when they can’t share their reasons for being there? This facility needs to do better."
