CVS

"I am writing because I need the management to know how fearful I was to walk into this CVS store located near my house, location at 15925 W High St., Middlefield, OH 44062. I used to go in there to purchase over the counter medication and/or shampoo, cosmetics etc. There is a store personnel, her name is Beth and I made sure I looked at her name tag. There were times I need to return an Amazon package and/or withdrew money from the ATM machine, I have fear walking in hoping she was not working that day. So, on February 15th, 2024, I walked in praying that she was not working, but she was. When she saw me, I heard she said "Jesus!". Then very rudely she walk to the counter to scan my parcel, threw the parcel on the rack and asked if I want a receipt. I said yes, of course, you can sense the frustration and I put in my email address on that scanning machine. I lost all my interest to shop at the store, and I walked out. This is not the first time this happened, one time, I had to ask my American husband to walk in with me. She is either racist or she is not fit to be a sales person dealing with public and customers. I sure hope the store or CVS can look into and address her issue how she dealt with Customers."

"CVS absolutely sucks they should’ve been the ones to close not rite aid they can’t even fill a order while your there it takes a hours don’t waste your time if it wasn’t the only place in middlefeild I would never use them again"

"Those people who work in the pharmacy area are friendly, can answer questions, and take care of you speedily if at all possible. The front area where you can pay for everything except prescriptions is well organized. The store is always clean and most of the people who work up front are friendly."

"First time ever going there, I had to get an antibiotic. The ran my insurance and told me that it ends on the 1st so I have to pay (which I already knew was wrong) but being sick and wanting to just go home I paid and left. Called my insurance company the next day to make sure everything is still active and going to stay that way, everything is perfect with my insurance. I called cvs back and explained what they told me when I got my medication. Turns out they don’t even accept my insurance. Instead of telling me that, so I could go to a different pharmacy, they lied to me and told me that my insurance ends and I would have to pay. They completely scammed me out of my money and there’s no way I would be able to get it back. I’m never going there again"
