"While in a hurry, I stopped into the store but couldn't find what I was looking for and had to leave. Once I got home and had time, I went online and found what I needed, ordered it and did the pick-up at store option. My order was ready in about 25-30 minutes. Since I had another errand to do, this fit into my schedule. Got to the store, did curbside pickup and was left in under 5 minutes and onto my next errand. Simple enough."
"Have been out of a very important prescription for 2 days now because they keep closing the pharmacy at 1pm, with no notice. Also happened about 2 weeks ago, my wife who had just had oral surgery and needed pain medication couldn’t get them. I will be transferring all my prescriptions to CVS"
"So I guess that the pharmacy doesn't think people work. Day two of going to pick up my meds and they were closed. They are supposed to close at 6 today and I was able to get up there at 5:23pm and guess what...they were closed. Sign in the window says they close at 6pm. I then spoke with the manager and she told me that as of this week, they close on Saturdays. I'm transferring my prescriptions because this is ridiculous! I shouldn't have never left CVS. My mistake."
"This pharmacy gets worse by the day. Been using them for 3 years with monthly refills plus the occasional one time pickups. Super rude and unhelpful staff. On more than one occasion they direct me back to my doctors even after the doctors confirmed prescriptions have been sent over. I understand people have bad days, but this is just constant rude and unhelpful behavior. Now they have restricted hours, so unless you can get there during business hours you are out of luck. I am guessing they are having a hard time keeping employees who want to work with the rude woman behind the counter (not the pharmacist)."
