"One of my worst days was followed up with the worst most compassionat-lacking experience of my life. As a single mother just trying to make things work, every single thing that could’ve put me behind did so today. I got to this place 10 min late for my sons appointment AND I called ahead to let them know. And they refused to see us. Even though I informed them that I’ll be moving out of state in the next two weeks and that this appointment was very important and that I was trying to make medical appointments work with a m-f 9-6 job in law enforcement (inside a jail where I don’t have access to my phone so I couldn’t even research offices or schedule appointments). Just zero empathy in addition to being intolerant of 10 minutes late even when I called ahead. Horrible business practice."
