"I am a first time pet owner(rescue) and this is our first vet appointment. The first vet I called the woman on the phone was cold, sounded irritated that I had questions, and completely lacked empathy in regards to my concerns of my high anxiety rescue kitty. Then I called Animal Clinic of Chardon(strongly recommended by my sister who is a veterinary assistant at an ICU) and let me tell you the two ladies I spoke with were the kindest, sweetest, reassuring professionals. They are fear free certified and Kim walked me through the process. She gave me recommendations on carriers and some tips as well. My anxiousness about bringing kitty to the vets has went from a 15 to about a 3. I know I haven’t even taken her in yet but I feel this experience deserves a 5 star review! I just have a gut feeling that my Bubbles is going to be in great hands ❤️"
"Dr Tom and Dr Carolyn are great. The 2 new vets they have hired are ridiculous. Find another vet. Dr Jessica is not worth your time or money. This clinic muzzled my dog without even talking to me. What kind of clinic is this? IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET TAKE THEM SOME PLACE ELSE!"
"Do not go here! I have been bringing my dogs to this clinic for over a year. I went here only because of Dr Tom, who hands down is an amazing vet, but is impossible to get into to see. They extended their hours to accommodate the 2 new HORRIBLE vets they have hired. They are scared of dogs my first visit with their new vet, she hide in the corner like a child behind the vet assistant while trying to tell me my dog needs an expensive procedure. Really?!? Were you going to do surgery from the corner? The professionalism and quality of this vet clinic has gone downhill. Find another vet!"
"This is a wonderful veterinary hospital for your pets. I have been taking my cats here for a number of years and they provide excellent service. The staff and all of the veterinarians are really wonderful with pets and give them the greatest care. The veterinarians take the time to explain things with the owners and aren't quick to just push you out the door. Great place and I will be going there always."
"The staff here are wonderful and very caring. I love the experience and care they take, I've taken both of my cats here. My first cat, Mally, was euthanized here as well and the care they take to help in these difficult situations is above and beyond. They have a beautiful facility as well. I take my cat Kahlua here currently also."
