"We have used Paws for years now and love them. They are always friendly and very accommodating. They go out of their way to work with us and our busy schedules. I would highly recommend them for any boarding or grooming needs."

"This groomer has watched my precious chihuahuas and has groomed my snorkie for years. They have treated my precious babies with the utmost respect and I have never been disappointed with the groom or the boarding process. They even watch the one chihuahua that has epilepsy dispersing the medication in a timely manner that is required."

"I have taken my Lab/Shepherd to this business for 11 yrs every weekend in the summer time and she is so happy when we pull into the driveway. The owners are so caring and kind to her and all their animals big or small. You can't ask for better people to take of your fur babies."

"Great groomer, very sweet with my dog. Very inexpensive. He has boarding also, but I haven't used those services yet. But I would be very happy to board my dogs at his business because he personally took me on a tour of the boarding area and it was so incredibly clean and sweet smelling back there. You could tell that he took great lengths to make the Dogs comfortable and cared for. They are a good Christian couple that I have found to be so loving towards my dog. I have been going there for over a year or more and I have been very pleased with everything he has done with grooming of my dog. I was informed recently that there was a puppy coming to his business and that he took The time to create a special smaller boarding area for the little puppy and he had Swept the area thoroughly to make sure it was nice and clean and accommodating for the little puppy. Now that to me is a great groomer and boarder that takes such special care of the animals that they dearly come to love.. I'm so proud to have found such caring people for my Dog. I would highly recommend these people and their business and their home that they open up to so many customers that loyally take their dogs there for years and years.. I give them a 5 star rating because I've never seen a grooming and boarding business as caring as these folks."

"I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy… We used this business for many years, but after a recent incident with our new puppy- we will make certain that no one else will go through the heartache, pain and expense we experienced. We left our 4 month old puppy in their care after being reassured that she would be in great hands. She was there from a Tuesday afternoon through Saturday evening. We had texted multiple times throughout our trip and were informed she was doing well using the doggie door and eating/drinking. When we arrived at the boarding facility that Saturday evening, our other two dogs greeted us excitedly at the door, while our 4 month old puppy just sat and stared at us, almost lifeless. At that time, the owner stated she hadn’t been eating her food or any of her treats for a few days and they even tried giving her chicken broth to stimulate her appetite (without our permission, I might add). We tried unsuccessfully to get her to eat/drink the rest of the evening and called our vet the next day because she still wasn’t interested in food or drink and wasn’t able to walk well without stumbling because she was becoming so weak. We took our puppy to the vet first thing Monday morning for evaluation. Our veterinarian said our puppy was in critical condition after losing nearly 20% of her body weight in 4 days and she also felt a mass in her abdomen. Our puppy is a miniature breed and had only weighed 4lbs when we left her at the boarding facility. Our puppy required emergency surgery that afternoon to remove a foreign body obstruction that was completely blocking her intestines. What was removed was an object that wasn’t part of any of her toys nor anything we possess in our home. Texting back and forth with the boarding facility was obviously a heated conversation. However, they offered no explanation as to what happened and took no responsibility for any wrong-doing. They even called our veterinarian’s office to pry for information regarding OUR puppy to see what she swallowed. Completely out of line, if you ask me. A few days later we decided to file an insurance claim against their business for their negligence in caring for our puppy. We gave our statement as well as documentation from the veterinarian regarding the reasoning for the surgery. He then “spoke with the business owners” regarding our claim. Fast forward 4 weeks and our claim was denied. Not enough evidence to pinpoint her getting sick during their watch. We then asked for a copy of the report. Funny thing was, the agent NEVER ACTUALLY VISITED THE FACILITY! Here we are, almost 5 weeks after the incident, and he never even bothered to go look for any evidence. Once he finally did schedule a visit, there was nothing left to be found of even a shred of evidence for our case. Hmm, I WONDER WHY? Don’t be the next victim of their poor business practices. Look elsewhere to board your dogs, because they couldn’t have cared any less in our time of peril."
