"They don’t even deserve the star I’m having to go pick up a puppy’s ashes right now because he failed to put my dog on the operating table when he noticed the plastic in her she was just a puppy news to say after another vet place and surgery they found that it was too late Dr kerns should have put her on the operating table and removed it he was the cause of us loosing a puppy in the end be cause he failed to do the right thing to save her life instead he gave me meds and said it was a bacteria infection from eating her own poop I’ll never take any animal there again I’ll forever go to Arlington veterinary in Arlington"

"The vets were awesome when our 11 year old boxer came down sick new years eve. We called them and the vet on call had us meet him at Diamond-M within a half hour. The treatment and care Rebel received was outstanding. They are far better and quicker than having to go to an emergency vet. Our pets are all being cared for by Diamond-M."

"Both of my giant rabbits were neutered here end of November 2023. Staff was friendly and stayed in contact with me. The doctor was very knowledgeable and has obviously worked with a variety of animals for years. He kept in contact with me as soon as my boys were out of surgery. Anesthesia can be very complicated for bunnies and luckily both of my boys pulled through. The vet/staff were there to answer my phone calls and concerns after I brought them home. Prices are also amazing here compared to other parts of ohio! I traveled an hour to Diamond vet and if my bunnies need any future care, I will be traveling there again. The vets in my area charge $400-$500 per rabbit! Diamond was only about $150 per rabbit. My Mom and brother also use Diamond for their dogs and highly recommend their professionalism and care!"

"My puppy had a leg injury and i called in the morning to see if they had any availability for the day and they got me in that same afternoon! there was basically no wait time in the office and the office was very clean and smelled very good. the vet listened to all of my questions and got my girl taken care of! they scheduled us back for the laser therapy to help with her injury and the appointment itself was very inexpensive. highly would recommend!!"
