"Didn't carry uggs in smaller size then size 12. Disappointed."

"Drove 25 minutes out of my way to make a gift exchange as the store has ours posted 11 AM on Sunday. Waited until 1115 and store still unattended. If they want to update their hours they need to post it accurately. I was one of several other possible customers standing outside in the cold, waiting for them to open and no one showed up."

"Don't come in here looking to return an item you ordered online. With confirmation emails they prove you bought it. Some dude with nail polish and glasses will be absolutely rude unnecessarily and condescending because he doesn't see a barcode on the 4 seperate confirmation emails I had. Acting like I'm in the wrong because journeys doesn't send the emails he's looking for... I called journeys customer support right in store. That guy sent me another email and said I should be able to return with that email and if they can't figure it out to call their hotline resources, I mentioned that and the guy was mad and said "well that was my hotline too, so I guess I'll just take the hit and they will ask why I just gave someone money back because they asked" and I said "well it's not my fault they didn't send the exact receipt your looking for" and he said "whatever" dude needs a serious attitude adjustment towards customers.. he should also learn how to do returns properly."

"By far the best customer service around! Mr. Tyler is the absolute best and has always been willing to help us when we have been there and I tell you what, if it wasn't for him...we wouldn't have purchased as many shoes! He undoubtedly could sell anything! I had the most terrible experience when Journeys was in a different location at the mall as the 2 staff members were so dishonest as I left my wallet on the counter and ran back only to be told that it wasn't there. I had 580.00 in that wallet cash. Only about 15 minutes and was right back at the store and I swore never ever to buy anything from Journey's and never did hear anything back from corporate and the thieves they had hired. Then my daughter finally coerced me after about 2 years to get her shoes from the store. I was so glad to find that the location had changed and that there was a new face! His name was Tyler! He gave us exceptional, I mean over the top customer service, showed us items we were overlooking and we bought quite a bit. Went back again and he helped us just as much...back again last week and I tell you that I can't express how glad we are that he is with this store! Now I will be loyal return customer just due to his service skills and the store has looked amazing!"
