"I have been calling for over a month about a refresher class that I was told they offered and no one has returned my calls. This school used to be really good a few years back, not sure what changed, I should have believed the reviews…. Lesson learned!"

"I took this class because it was cheaper than other options and was accelerated. The instructor was great and taught well with what little equipment she was given. This place is very unorganized and the equipment used for teaching is very limited and in poor condition. My class size was fairly large making it more difficult to learn and complete labs. The director is very unprofessional, in my personal opinion. He was never there on days he said he’d be there, and there is only 1 instructor running the whole thing in the Cincinnati area. There was very poor communication on the directors part when it came to contacting students or even the instructor with class plans. He allowed the failing students to continue with the class without telling them they were failing and giving out false hopes. This place is a real scam, even for a missed assignment or lab day he would add another $100 for students to pay."

"The owners were rude and disrespectful. I had no idea this was a family owned business, which is not a problem. The issue came about when I gave feedback about the instructors lack of professionalism (she shared stories about intimate moments with her partner/husband) to the entire class. I was uncomfortable with the information. I called to complain and didn’t know I was complaining to HER HUSBAND. It was not disclosed to the students that the staff and administrators were personally connected. The husband was extremely defensive, rude and disrespectful to me as a paying student sharing my concerns. This was one of many issues with the program but the biggest to me. He was willing to be extremely nasty at the feedback about his wife’s inappropriate behavior. He was incredibly rude. They are gas lighters and don’t really care about the students in my opinion and experience. I also didn’t appreciate the Husband and director (who’s name is Abed) in this issue, trying to clean up his behavior by saying “I spoke well.” Like how am I suppose to speak?? In-articulately ?? Ignorantly? He assumed that I was in certain demographic with not so much education, which shouldn’t matter at all. It was insulting. He asked the class a geography question day 1 about North African countries as if he knew the entire class would be ignorant of the area. Like this is what you will deal with here potentially. The price is affordable but there was so much unprofessional behavior it was painful. They also changed our schedule several times turning a 2 week program into a month long ordeal! Instead of addressing the concerns I had he tried to offer a refund that I believed he would NEVER process so I had to deal with their unprofessionalism just get my certificate. He called me dramatic for speaking up several times about their lack of consistency, changing the schedule and their unprofessional behavior. They bought the class pizza and the wife/owner complained about spending $50 on pizza for the class to the class. If you can’t afford it don’t offer. Also it was literally an expense that they write off on taxes so yeah. More unprofessionalism. THE EQUIPMENT IS OLD IN THE SKILLS ROOM! There were about 8 beds and only about 3 were fully functional. They had small sized gloves when most humans where a medium. The mannequins were OK. They also promised that we could schedule our state test consistently at that location but when I scheduled there were absolutely NO DATES for the entire year at their school. So how can anyone really be successful with limited skills equipment and no access to the space where you practiced the most in?? They are trifling business people. We also learned waaay too much about Sandra (the wife’s personal life) from her bedroom complaints to her background and her kids, to assimilation into her husbands ethnic and religious community. For someone who didn’t care for the consumers she sure talks a lot about herself to the customers. Her personal stories were during lecture time mind you. I’m sure at least 4 hours of total lecture time was Sandra talking about her self. She also kept telling us how not racist her father was. Like are you trying to convince us or yourself?? Also, there nothing wrong with sharing about your life or personal experiences, but it was clearly an overused skill in her case. Additionally… I’m sure they intentionally NEVER sent me the mandatory survey at the end of the program. I asked for it twice and it never was sent. I also was never sent my certificate completion upon ‘graduation’ from the program initially. I had to call the rude husband/administrator to have it mailed to me. Months after completing the program I get emails about my grades being posted on their software, which is more of an annoyance and a privacy concern at this point. Proceed with caution."

"The director of this program scammed my sister after accusing her of “cheating”. He had no evidence. She was failing the class and got accused of cheating. Please tell me how that makes sense. And the director didn’t mention it till the last day, when he could’ve easily told her earlier. He just wants to take peoples money. He wants you to pay a $400 dollar fee to take the class again so he accuses people of cheating. He has done this to multiple people!!! The reviews were right, I should’ve listened!! My sister tries to call him but every time she tries to explain to him she didn’t cheat he hangs up, he is a grown man, he should have the respect and decency to talk like an adult. He tells her he’ll contact her after 60 days but by state once you start the course you have 60 days to complete it or else you have to take it again, also be careful after 60 days you can’t dispute the charges on your credit card. DO NOT GO HERE!!!"

"This place is very unprofessional. Front office staff are very nice. The owner, however, shows up and wastes the first class and your time with redundancy is nothing but a joke. “Professors” expect more than your time and cancel class and clinical for nothing. This course lists that you can complete anywhere from 2-6 weeks, but be prepared to constantly change YOUR schedule to fit their availability. Some students had their clinical hours rescheduled up to FOUR TIMES! But if you’re a minute late from break you get sent home and have to recycle the course. Your time means nothing to them. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Just so you know what to expect I’ve attached the original schedule below."
