"Great customer service! Beat out a competitor's black friday sale price, better customer service, not pushy, and shipped my keyboard to me quickly. I did this all online and it wad fairly easy. I had a small issue (they cancelled the initial order because it was flagged as fraud because we recently moved - I appreciate that they keep an eye on that though) but the sales person I worked with (Michael) found a different option to pay for it and stayed with me on the phone until the order went through even though I knew he was busy and I had offered that he could go. I'll happily be a repeat customer!"
