When we arrived the staff was so welcoming and upbeat, the coaching before the jump was thorough, I felt incredibly at ease thru the whole process. She was nothing but smiles! They also took time after her jump to chat with her about her desire to chase certification in the sport when she told them about her interest. "Make sure you pee b4 you put on your suit! Lol. They'll remind you before you take A glimpse of Life at 120 miles per/hr 2miles high...you'll never quite understand unless you take the leap. My birthday gift from a friend because 13 people, chickened out. Either way, what a great way to spend your birthday even if you have to go Along. The staff walk you thru the process of course signing papers then a short instructional class about how this is going to be. From take off to landing. The instructors are very helpful. If you can, go with someone who can record your Landing because it'll happen quite quickly and the landing is pretty cool. You can purchase a video for an additional fee so that you can relive this amazing experience for years to come and be able to share with those who can't believe you did it but if everyone chickens out you should still go and do it alone and purchase the video for yourself once you go you'll be glad you did."
