"This was the worse costumer service I’ve ever received in my life. The people on the intercom were making obnoxious noises while I was trying to take my order and talking over us. I had to repeat multiple items several times and they still gave me incorrect items. The boy at the window was rude and loudly sighed when I asked him for a second to get my card and the food was cold and tasted funny. I didn’t finish have my food because I was worried about the integrity of the service."
"Parked in a drive-in spot. Girl who took my order kept laughing at coworkers while talking to me. The food took forever to come out and when it did it was wrong and already cold. They took back the wrong items and threw the extras on them, brought them back out - so now they were colder from being taken in and out of the 9 degree weather so many times. I never liked the place, but we definitely won’t go again."
"I ordered online at 5:28pm order said it was ready at 5:33pm, i arrived at 5:45pm just because we had to travel to the food. When i arrived i immediately put what stall we were in and then started the waiting process, after 25 minutes of waiting we started to question where our food was (after seeing multiple cars leave that came after us). After 40 minutes we decided to click the button to alert someone since we have just been sitting out here. after 45 minutes we finally received our food, it wasn’t fresh it was luke warm and we got the excuse they were super busy but our food clearly was made and waiting. Spoke to the manager on duty and had to have our food remade. Definitely a stupid experience, and definitely hope this place falls more apart. bunch of children running the place. shameful"
"Worst location. The drink mix ins were glued to the bottom after being topped with thick syrup flavoring, smashed burgers and poor packaging. They forgot to bring out items from my order twice so I'm glad I checked the bags. Not one thing tasted good, it wasn't even hot."
