"Ordered 12 donuts but they couldn't fit 12 in a box so they gave me 11. Literally watched it happen at the drive thru. So the workers there proved that they are dishonest and deliberately bad at their jobs. Make sure you always check your food before you leave this location. Or better yet avoid it. This happens all the time here and when I called in they acted like giving me what I already paid for was they doing something special.....what a joke."

"I come here 5 days out of the week for work every morning. This entire week every time I order a caramel coffee they don’t put the caramel or cream in it! I just don’t understand. The drinks made are very inconsistent.. some days they’re perfect, and some days they’re horrible.."

"Got the new Denver omelet on English muffin and it was very good and very flavorful. I just would have liked the English muffin halves a little more crunchy instead of so chewy. Otherwise I liked it and would order it again."

"I'm giving a 3 star because literally most of the time everything is fine. I go here multiple times a week before work and other than a few drink issues over the years (which I've never addressed), I think it's a good place to get your coffee. With that said, I am writing this review because someone paid for the two cars behind them (me and then someone else). However due to the lady cashing out, both of us paid and they were going to issue refunds. They literally had the conversation in front of me but the manager seemed very confused and eventually said "okay your good" and I left. Confused, I parked and went inside to address it and ask that the money that was supposed to go to paying for my order, get passed on to someone else. I didn't expect someone to do something nice for me like this, so I just wanted to make sure someone would benefit from the strangers kindness. The manager was very confused, didn't bother to try and figure it out and really shut down the conversation when saying "trust me, everything was paid for" and even told me that the person in front of me DIDN'T pay for our orders. So I'm left feeling that 1. She is either incompetent, hopefully new at her job and just not good at all aspects of her job yet, or she straight lied to me to get me to leave. 2. Yeah I know everything was paid for because I paid it, but the person in front of me may have "paid" for an order that no one received. 3. I feel bad that the person in front of me was trying to do something nice, and based on the manager's responses, I'm led to believe that the good deed in fact, did not get passed on. I'll still go back, as I said, most of the time everything is good. But for now I just feel uneasy about the situation and feel both the stranger and I were disrespected and felt others should hear my experience."
