"Ordered a mobile app order for 2 quarter pounders without mustard and ketchup and guess what they messed it up. Not only did I have to pull forward and wait for my food. It was wrong and cold at the same time. The meat was not even warm. Very sad quality."
"I'll die before I go back to this place, no wonder nobody else was there. Expensive and the lady yelled at me over a cup. I'm not going to explain but I thought my wife was going to get in a fight. Had to order on the kiosk so barely even had contact with them. Unbelievable. Worst lunch ever."
"The lazy employees need to get replaced with anyone who’s more competent, placed an order in the drive through and had to wait for 15+ minutes as well as multiple other cars , finally decided to go in either our order was forgotten about or workers were too lazy to bring it outside. Went inside mind you there’s children inside workers were cussing loudly and talking negatively about anything they had to make and do. Stood inside at the front for about 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. What a joke lol."
"The young man at the drive thru window had the best attitude! Unfortunately I grabbed the wrong wallet when I left home and all I had was change, the majority being pennies. I know this is a nightmare for cashiers, especially in a drive thru window. I profusely apologized and we had a few jokes and laughs. He was such a great sport and such a difference from the employees I normally deal with at the Dueber SW location. What a breath of fresh air to have friendly service even under the worst of circumstances when I wouldn't have blamed him if he had been irritated by the situation. I wish I had thought to get his name so that I could have let his manager know how awesome he was. The nuggets were fresh and hot as well."
"Very modern and well maintained facility. Fun lighted tables, three seats for kids to sit independantly with interactive entertainment screens. For adults there were two large ordering screens. This was my first time doing this and I must say it probably took me five times as long to order on this screen even with a staff helping me. Once I learn the confusing menu system, it will surely go faster."
