"The service at the window was great! The pizza, not so much. You could tell that whoever made it, didn't care about what they were putting out. And it was old. We should've asked for a new one, but we were in a hurry."
"I had the BEST Little Caesar's pizza I have ever had, picked it up on my way to bingo. That pizza was so fresh and so hot, I had to wait to eat it. I believe there may have even been parmesan sprinkled on the top. Whatever you did, it was magic. Now I want more. I tried to phone the store yesterday, simply to pass on my compliment but whoever answered the phone asked me to hold and hadn't come back on by the time I reached my destination. A word about the jalapenos. Let me tell you, idk where the jalapenos came from - hell, maybe? - because they were beyond hot. I removed them, and my mouth was even burning from the areas where they'd been sitting on the 'sticks' portion of my order. No worries, I'll just try a different variety next time, and there WILL be a next time. :) For you people who like 'em hot - now you know."
"Was on my way to an appointment and stopped to grab a Hot-N-Ready. I asked "Do you have Sausage HotNReady?" She hit the button and replied with my total. So I happily paid assuming the answer was yes. After I paid, she says "It'll be about 10 minutes". SERIOUSLY?! Had to call my new client to advise I was now running 10 mins behind. I haven't had a issue-free experience at Little Caesars yet."
"I'd love to rate the food but didn't get that far~ Stood there for about 7 minutes while 5 employees behind the counter...laughed and didn't even look my way. No one took my order. They saw me. However, choose to banter and laugh among them selves until I left~ Never go back"
"This whack ship has the most rudest manager I have ever met. Makes me wait 25 mins for my special pizzas and didn't even get that right. Got home 20 mins away and seen they messed up on a pizza. When I called I was told to just come in and they would replace it. But because I didn't bring the other pizza with me they refuse to make the pizza I specifically ordered. So now 40 mins and my family still waiting for a pizza. I will never again come to this one in Cleveland Ave nw again."
