"Semi regular customer. Its a BW3's, if you've been to one, you've been to them all. My review is left because of management. I'd like to start by saying this is the 4th straight time I've been here and had issues. I haven't said a word to anyone until this instance. It was slow at lunch right now. I ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap with grilled chicken. It came out with fried chicken. I send it back. It then comes out with pulled chicken. I didn't complain, just asked for a box. The server asked if something was wrong again and I said yes. The server said she'll take care of it and came back with my tab and said it's removed from your bill. I'm going to leave this wrap here and go somewhere else to get lunch, I'm still hungry. Not to sound like a Karen, but this is terrible management and customer service. Get your stuff together Edit to the review. I'm eating lunch down the road. The owner messaged back almost immediately responds saying go to the website and fill out a form and they'll address the team. No thanks. Address your team yourself without a form because you care about your business and your customers"

"I was the first one waiting on the line to be seated and still asked who is next as there were people behind me! Got seated with no mention about another server will come to help me. Then start serving with other customers were coming after me, passed my table and ignored me while I looked at her all the time to see if she was going to say something, she saw me but still no! I don’t mind who serve me but at least say something so customers will know what you want to do or else they misunderstand you! But this lady was obvious attitude to me at the beginning! seeing her happy watching the games but then coming up to me with attitude! such an ignorant! Prob racist because when she saw me, she was not happy but with whites she was fine! I felt bad for the guy who was coming up to say sorry because he was the one going to serve me but I was not mad at him. He was a nice guy, wish he could serve me because he actually made me feel better!"

"Is it normal to make a menu item completely wrong and still bring it out and say hey we messed it up but do you still want it? Ordered Chili cheese wedges, they made cheese fries with bacon on top realized they messed it up then threw chili on top and brought it out. I tried them because let's be real I didn't want to wait any LONGER, and they were gross, the waitress could tell I didn't like them, offered to remake them or take them off my bill, I said just take them off the bill. This is just pure laziness. And for the price you guys gotta do better!! I've ordered these enough to know the cheese is supposed to be on top of the chili so I know they made them wrong and didn't want to remake them. Just wrong for the price you pay."
