"Nice Spacious facility. Paid monthly fee set up private lessons Seth set me up with a trainer who scheduled an appointment also a $50 fee for 60 min. Later canceled due to weather but never returned my call or reached out to reschedule. Open gym was a couple times a week 3:30-5:00 so by the time my kid gets out of school and get to the facility she would only have 30-45 min from arrival to finish. I wasn't even offered my fee back seeing that I joined for the lessons I never recieved. On a business and customer service level I score Seth Gen Mgr a -0."
