"The staff are wonderful and helpful, but during most of my time here, there have been a few people leave. This caused some confusion and chaos for us as students because these positions were not filled until recently, but brought people from other campuses to help us out, but them being unfamiliar with the students made certain processes take much longer than they have in the past.
