"Went here today, I was excited to try this new place and walked up very friendly… The boba was okay, that wasn’t the problem. The younger girl taking our order was really rude and rolled her eyes when we were just trying to order boba? Seemed like she hated her job but I don’t think that’s any customers problem. She had a hat and apron on, kind of looked like a young high school girl. She didn’t just have an attitude with us, I observed customers after me and she was even rude to them. Wasn’t a very friendly atmosphere today…"
"They refused to sell us food because we bought drinks from another shop was having a good time at the mall they tried to ruin our good mood. Won't ever buy food from here again we have a big family with lots of friends they will never get any of our business again rude rude people. The hilarious thing is they must think their food is so good they have hurt us. Lots of good food in the mall definitely go elsewhere"
"I would rate the food higher than three stars, if I even got to try the food, but unfortunately I did not. My friend had purchased me bubble tea from Bubble House, so after I ordered and paid for my food, my friend handed me the tea and the sushi chefs refused to make my roll. Absolutely poor customer service, at least have a sign stating you will not provide food if people buy from the competition. Awful experience."
"I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for past 3 years and have never had a problem until today. The cashier got my order wrong and I corrected her. Before hand I told her I was allergic to avocado and to not put it in my sushi. When I paid and later looked at the receipt before my order was done it didn’t say “no avocado” so I went back to the cashier and let her know that she didn’t do what I asked her to and she said “it’s too late.” I had to tell her that I’m allergic to avocado and that it was on her to make the order correctly and she says “well the avocados deep fried.” Like what is that supposed to mean to me? If I am allergic to an item that you’re putting in my food and you deep fry it that doesn’t make my allergy go away. I ended up leaving after she got upset that they had already made the order and now had to fix it. I won’t be back… very disappointing."
"They have so many boba options like a whole wall full of bobas all different types within a 6! Dollar range budget for such cool looking Bobas i have to come here every time i come to summit also the workers are so friendly"
