"gave 1 star so i could leave a review. Called on a Saturday afternoon and the lady on the phone was very rude. when I asked about the price and was shocked at the amount she said you wont get it cheaper anywhere else and I said Jones Driving school is $480 instead of $650 she wanted to argue with me and say i dont know how they can do that. I was calling the Jones School back and accidentally called them again and i asked if it was Jones school and she got rude again. sounded like dogs barking in the background."
"Recently got pulled over for speeding went to court and was asked to complete a defensive driving course. This school is the closest one to me. Called two times first time was at around 9 am and second time around 10:30 am. Left a voicemail the second time asking if they offered the corse to call me back. Got a call back shortly after the man that spoke to me was rude and short had no idea why I called. He argued with me instead of telling me that they dont offer it. Here is what he said "You need to go through the court to set that up" when the judge that asked me to complete this course advised me to call around. This place lacks professionalism. If someone leaves a voice mail for something you dont offer you can just say it dont be rude and argue."
"The entire team at the Driving School has been absolutely amazing. Seriously, can not give them enough praise. When they found out our situation, they jumped right in to help and went above and beyond our expectations! Defiantly, consider them as your teens begin the process of getting their license. :)"
