"Only got half portion and burnt green peppers. I ordered a bowl and double the meat. I paid $14 for my meal alone. My family ended up throwing them out and I ate around and finally pitched the meal. I even added my own chicken to the meal from home. The general manager seemed like he did not care. General manager Jimmy. Then Jimmy said; his boss told him to only give me 10% back. Then he demanded to know my name, He said I saw the review you posted. I asked what is he talking about because I did not post a review until today. I refused and he stated, “Tell me your name. What is your name”. I then told the manager I was not giving you my name. The general manager demanding to know my name, was acting like he was a law enforcement officer."
"Great employees, fast service and clean restaurant. Lots of food options and generous portions. Only draw back was that the lettuce seemed a little less fresh than I would like but overall great."

"I got the Jalapeno Ranch burrito and it was really really good ! Had a nice kick to it and it was a good size burrito. They have a bunch of different options. I'm excited to go back and try some!"
"Stopped in to Hot Head for a quick lunch. Callie was very helpful in making suggestions as to what sauces would go well with my pork bowl. Love their sweet habanero sauce. The serving portion is huge. I will easily get 2 lunches out of my meal. A bit pricey, but the burrito bowl I had was very good."
