"Stopped here many years ago on our way to Cleveland (from Buffalo), when we were searching for a good sandwich stop en route. Absolutely loved it, so now it remains a mainstay on our future trips. The Cosmic Sauce is excellent on almost any sub. I often go with an Italian sub, or the Italian sausage. My wife likes the Turkey (wit extra banana peppers). Highly-recommend."
"This location isn’t very clean, it’s a bit unwelcoming with unfriendly staff. The subs were mediocre, we ordered hot subs that come out cold."
"This place has really gone down hill. I used to LOVE this place. I started going here many years ago starting with the original one in chagrin falls. It was really great food. Now the quality and customer service has completely went away. Today we ordered subs and the entire recipe must have changed because they’re using different meat now. On top of that they used an absurd amount of oil on the sub for some reason. The places are loaded with teenage kids who aren’t supervised or trained properly. They mishandle your sub , forget toppings and most of all they were extremely rude and didn’t want to refund us our money even with us bringing it back. Now we’ve wasted our time our gas money and we are still hungry. I would highly recommend not going here."
